Delivery Arrival Times

Please note that it is recommended that you call the nominated outlet and confirm if the order has arrived prior to going there. With regards to postage orders delivery times are based on Australia Post Fulfilments.

Prints - up to 4 working days

Posters - up to 4 working days

Colleges - up to 4 working days

Canvas - up to 7 working days

Photobooks - up to 7 working days

Calendars - up to 7 working days

Gifts - up to 7 working days

PLEASE NOTE

- The service times are maximum times but depending on season, your order should arrive usually 1-2 days earlier then stated

- There is a production cut off time of 2PM EST. Any orders received past the production cut off time please allow an extra working day to the above times

- Service times does not include postage times

- Service times are from the time we receive the order in our laboratory to and including the time it gets sent back to the outlet. However some outlets are not serviced daily. Please call the outlet prior to pick up or check with the outlet when placing the order.

- Service time for mail orders start when we receive the order

- If you have multiple products in one order, please take the longest day product

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

- If your order has multiple products and you have selected to get your order posted, you will only be charged for the greatest value postage not both of the postage charges added together.

- Postage service times are subject to Australia Post Fulfilment times and also depend on the location of delivery. Standard mail usually takes 1-2 days in major capital cities and express post is by noon next day if in a major capital city.
